Eldon joined Torrent in February 2017 and has over 15 years of NFIP operations experience. As our Call Center Operations Director, Eldon oversees the policy servicing at Torrent’s Kansas City facility and is responsible for our Contact Center, Underwriting, Agency Support, and Data Entry services. He is deeply committed to providing industry-leading policy servicing to policyholders and agents alike.

Eldon’s experience includes creating and leading diverse teams of 100+ employees across multiple locations. Prior to joining Torrent, Eldon was Director of Operations at CSC, overseeing areas including customer service, help desk, data entry, document imaging, and document retention. Throughout his career, he has successfully coordinated the operational transitions of multiple large WYOs, and also served as the Customer Service Manager at NFS.

Eldon majored in Broadcasting at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
