Miguel D. Perez is Torrent Technologies’ Vice President of Claims for the National Flood Insurance Direct Servicing Agent (NFIP Direct) and the Write Your Own (WYO) program.
Miguel started his insurance career in 2005 leading various products and multiple teams. In 2014, he began managing the flood claims business for the largest WYO company. Through exceptional leadership, his teams have grown to aid customers with industry leading results and innovation. His hands-on experience has made him a subject-matter-expert in all things related to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and private flood business.
