Tanya Astle is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Torrent’s Write Your Own (WYO) business. In this role, she is the site leader for Torrent’s Kalispell, Montana office and is directly responsible for customer care, underwriting, agency services, policy transfer and print/mail operations. Providing best-in-class service and experience to Torrent clients and agents is a primary focus as Tanya leads efforts to drive operational efficiencies and deliver innovative products and services.
