Underwritten by Chubb European Groups SE through Johnson & Johnson, Inc., this new private flood product provides up to $1 million in flood coverage for residential properties with enhanced coverages built into the policy. These enhanced coverages include:
- Additional living expense coverage
- Higher Increased Cost of Compliance (ICC) limits
- Additional limits for detached structures
Benefits include a seven-day waiting period and elevation certificates are not required.
